1.After this machine automatically inserts the tube, it performs an automatic alignment operation. The alignment method is servo alignment, and the alignment angle is precise.

2.To prevent the spillage of materials, this machine adopts an insertion type for filling. The advancing and retreating filling actions are completed by the lifting cylinder. The filling process uses a servo piston for quantitative filling, with an accuracy of approximately ±1%.

3.The electric heating copper block is used for insulation, and synchronous electricity is applied. The hot air passes through the nozzle to uniformly heat the inner wall of the pipe. This method is much more advanced than the previous one which only heated the outer wall of the tube. The sealing strength has also been significantly enhanced.
4. For all the already filled tubes, during their transfer to the next workstation, internal and external heating, pressing, coding, edge cutting, and ejection are all carried out simultaneously. Therefore, each time the machine rotates to the next workstation, one complete product is produced. Efficiency has been greatly improved.

5. All parts of this machine that come into contact with materials and related components are made of high-quality stainless steel. The parts that require cleaning are equipped with quick-release devices, making cleaning convenient.
6.When certain materials require heating-based insulation, a heating and temperature-stabilizing device can be installed on the exterior of the material container.
